Fitness and Wellness have been a huge part of my life as a performer as my career relies on it. Throughout my time as a Dancer I have created my own workouts and routines which I have shared with students and professionals alike. Ive been a dance teacher of over 10+ years, specializing in Jazz and Conditioning classes. I  incorporate as much cross-training type workouts and moves to help students achieve their greatest technique and goals.

I have created my 30-minute “Jazz Tech Warm-up” which is catered to dancers and movers. It includes Dynamic & Static Stretches, HIIT, Plyometrics, and Technical Positions.
